1.1 Service Description

22 Cleaning Service provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to house cleaning, deep cleaning, office cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, and spring cleaning. Specific services and pricing are discussed and agreed upon before each booking.

1.2 Service Area

We provide services in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas. Service availability may vary by location. Please confirm service availability when booking.

1.3 Service Quality

We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns.

2. Booking and Scheduling

2.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, or through our website. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge your request and agree on the date, time, and scope of service.

2.2 Scheduling

We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. However, due to the nature of cleaning services, slight delays may occur. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

2.3 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time.

2.4 Cancellation

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen and will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

Prices are quoted based on the scope of work discussed before booking. The final price may be adjusted if the actual work required differs significantly from what was described.

3.2 Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at booking.

3.3 No Deposit Required

We do not require a deposit for standard cleaning services. Payment is collected only after the service is completed to your satisfaction.

4. Access and Preparation

4.1 Property Access

You must ensure our cleaning team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a rescheduling or cancellation fee may apply.

4.2 Preparation

While not required, we recommend securing valuables and ensuring clear access to areas to be cleaned. This helps us provide more efficient service.

4.3 Pets

Please inform us if you have pets. We recommend securing pets during the cleaning service for their safety and to allow our team to work efficiently.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Care of Property

Our team takes great care with your property and belongings. However, we recommend removing or securing fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before the cleaning.

5.2 Damage

In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a fair resolution.

5.3 Pre-existing Conditions

We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or inherent defects in items or surfaces.

5.4 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate information about your property and cleaning requirements when booking.

6.2 Safe Environment

You must ensure the property is safe for our cleaning team. Please inform us of any hazards, broken fixtures, or unsafe conditions.

6.3 Utilities

Water and electricity must be available at the property during the cleaning service.

7. Our Team

7.1 Professional Conduct

Our cleaning staff are trained professionals who will treat your property with respect. Any concerns about staff conduct should be reported immediately.

7.2 Non-Solicitation

You agree not to directly hire or solicit our cleaning staff for private work. If you wish to engage our team, please do so through 22 Cleaning Service.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by 22 Cleaning Service and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without permission.
